Whats the difference between the OPTO and Ultra light Afro 12A ESC?

opto need a bec and the ultra lights have it built in.

with either of these esc's you can flash blheli 13.1 (oneshot) you just need one of these http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/st ... %20program.
