Some more pieces I have been making for the Catamaran.

Pieces for the Keels pivot.

I think this wing may be a little heavy to fly :)
This is one of the keels.

Loving it Tony.
But it is stressful as well.
Having spent two days cutting a part, the final cut could make it fit perfectly, or render it useless
All part fit perfectly bar one.
Took 1mm off instead of 0.5mm. Luckily it wasn't a crucial measurement. :)

Yeah, machining tolarences w out a computer is tricky! Got a buddy who has several OLD machines in his garage.. He build custom motorcycles... From scratch... Seen him work with those machine.. Quite interesting.. Seen him pull a part off the machine and throw it in the yard cussing and screaming of 1mm.. Lol

Love the final cut:) interference fits, transitional fits, mmmmmm, them was the days. Wee tip, wet and dry which gives a beautiful finish:) better than a 0.4 finish on a machine surface finishes chart:) Great pictures Lee:) Loving it:)

The aluminium parts, and the delrin bar in the picture, were such a good fit.
The grain of the cutting tool created a thread, and the only way to get the metal rings onto the delrin, was to screw it on.
Now thats a tight fit :)
