Me too... It's almost not loud enough.. I can hear it on the video.. But while it's happening.. I don't know.. May just be me all focused on the bird itself.. But I do like it a lot! Should have seen me out there.. U guys would have laughed ur butt off.. I was so scared & stupid.. Got the gear outta truck and ready to go... Set up the bird.. Fueled her up.. Wouldn't start... I'm sure the look on my face was torment... Then it hits me.... Buttplug.. Didn't pull it out of the deflector.. So then my look had to have been priceless.. Fired her up & took her to the walk I takeoff from... Now keep in mind on my other birds, I'll spoil up right next to it.. May not be the safest move.. Over confident or complacent..Kinda dumb I suppose.. Whatever.. So I set down the N5C and begin to throttle her up.. So one becomes aware pretty quick the differences between nitro & electric fast like.. Nitro isn't quiet.. Doesn't just sit there as it spools up.. So as its coming to life & leaving the ground I noticed I was a good 10-12ft away from it as I had been inching away from her at about the same rate of her spool up... I was laugh'n at myself so hard I almost had to land.. Lol.. Shoulda seen it.. Then later I forgot to unclamp the fuel line.. Died on me and was like "what?".. That's in the video.. Just hilarious.

Thanks. Had'nt really felt like winter until yesterday.. Got cold enough I called it a day prematurely! I do like our little spot.. It's only a few minutes from home.. BIG plus for me.

That's mental, super fast flying Clay, like watching a wasp wiz about.... Hard to get used to you flying this little thing after seeing so many of the big boys you thrash around...lol... Good to watch though

Oh I love it.. Loads of fun.. The few micro helis I have to play with round the house are down for one reason or another.. Hell the mSRX is almost 2 yrs old as is the 130x.. And the 120sr is over 2yrs old now.. It was time for a new toy.. And I love it... Fun fun fun!

Got to the field today with the big birds... Had a blast.. An a bit of aggravation. The 550PRO DFC got funky.. In I3 she shakes bad.. Aileron I gain I thought.. But it didn't help.. So I just stayed in I2 which was fine. This was the first flight session since I did my maintance.. Replacing links & dampers.. Can't figure it out.. Got 3 flights in on the N5C... FABULOUS!!!!! LOVE IT!!! But.. Only got the 3 flights in and then was fortunate to catch that the screw in the servo that hold the arm/wheel on was missing... How? Put another on w red Loctite once I got home.. All in all a great day at the field. No pics or vids.. Just a good time with the fellas!

heh.

I gain usually will not cause shakes or oscillation unless it is way high. High I gain is more likely to result in a slowish wag or wobble as it hunts and keeps overshooting. More likely high P gain would cause rapid oscillation/shaking. That or a vibration screwing with the FBL. Sure your tracking is good? TT bearings good? Boom supports solid?
