haha, it was. It is a completely different experience at night. I am getting more use to it and willing to try more complex maneuvers although to be honest night blades are kinda a must If i want to do anything more advance.

haha thank you! I was pretty impressed with how well the lights helped with orientation although night blades would help a lot. I will def see when I can fly at night again and get some video with my gopro. The weather has been pretty bad lately in terms of the wind. I prefer having no wind at night because it already gets a little crazy trying to just fly around normally. Having to compensate for wind as well; can't see that ending well.

Over the last 4 days I manage to fly the goblin KSE around 15 times. For last 4 flights I have been flying with and increased tail, aileron and elevator rotation speed (increased by 50 degrees per second). The heli is really coming alive now. Here is one of the more recent flights. It was a little windy (around 27 km/h winds) but it flew alright.

Hey Damon, I've just read through this thread and watched all your vids, some excellent flying there, and you have 3 great birds... You must have a shed full of lipos do you...lol.. Great thread bud...

I did design some night blades, one of many projects I mess around with... Never did persue them though as my heli met its death in Tarifa when we went to see Lee...

He's a vid of them.. http://youtu.be/r_WxeBHA9hg

I haven't G, although one could be knocked up, problem is it needs a microprocessor board and software. But I'm sure with you guys programming FC's you'd have no probs doing that... The software I wrote myself so I could send a copy of it, so no worries of copyright issues.

That is really cool !!! I am actually quite blown away by that :D It is a shame you didn't end up pursuing it as a build video would have been insanely cool to see. Thank you :) unfortunately I do not have that many lipos well for my helis anyways haha. Only have one set per heli.

Thank you :) ! Haha, yeah they are new. I am slowly working them into my routine. I am getting a lot more comfortable flying backwards inverted although at this stage only in a clockwise direction. Still need quite a bit more sim practice before I shall be attempting it in the other direction.
