Today was the first time shooting this pistol, the first time since June firing a pistol and I think it's low and to the left. Just like me, LMAO.

30 minutes at the range and 200 rounds later. Today's focus was breaking in the pistol and getting used to it. Plus I wanted to see how far off my sight picture is.

The groupings were a bit bigger than I wanted. Then again this was the first time shooting a brand new gun. Plus its been a few months since I shot. I hope to get back out next weekend and get better groups.

Good first outing! Any jams or feed issues? What distance was this?

Right or left handed? If left, may be jerking the trigger. If right, may be anticipating the shots by changing grip tension, or peeking.

Yes I was meat gazing.

As for all the details, I had the target at its closest, 7 yards. There were a couple rapid fires (well rapid for me) which is the cluster in the neck area. Malfunctions; what are those? Actually out of the box, initial clean and lube with some dry firing (with snap caps), flawless. The only thing that felt a little off with the trigger, and what I mean by off is that it felt like it was barely grinding. I did lube the trigger with a dry lube and now that I have started the break in the trigger is getting better. All in all I really like this gun, so much so I might even consider its full size brother. I did get another 200 rounds for this next weekend. I may just buy another 400 rounds since I know I will use them.

I like the idea, but not so hot on the color. I'd try silver or maybe a gray a shade or three lighter than the gun. But I'm not one for bright highlights on my toys. :-)

This is the only other I have that will work. My silver is being a choad and not wanting to stick. Time for a new silver pen.

Yes it was looking good. For whatever reason the silver just wasn't sticking like it should. I will get a new paint pen.
