They look very similar, apart from the safety trigger

They are similar except caliber. I this picture the sr40c has a 15 round mag and I have a 9 round mag. It is heavier and the barrel is longer. Both are single stack. The SR40C fills the hand better (for me) and has a lighter trigger. During the few dry fires I did the trigger feels more smooth and the break is further forward. I noticed that I had less jerk at the break also. What I like about the 15 round mag is that it makes it feel like a full size and not compact, every finger is on the grip. The 9 round on the other hand makes it look stubby and I dont quite have enough room for the pinky finger. This is not a deal breaker since the M&P Shield fits the same way with the 8 round. Once I get some rounds I will go to the range and throw some lead down range.

As of right now I need a couple cleaning tools like a bore brush for .40 cal and a patch eyelet. I would also like to get a bore swap for applying cleaning solvent. So far I like it but time will tell.
