ImmersionRC vs Lumineer

Post by Derek »

I was just about to order another ImmersionRC 5.8ghz 600mw vtx ($69.00) when I saw a Lumineer 5.8ghz 600mw vtx on sale (for $30). Would I have any reason to believe that the Lumineer vtx would get me less range than my beloved ImmersionRC vtx's?

Perhaps a silly question, but I always feel more confident with the opinions from here.

That similar to the one i ordered. I got the one with the sma connector on it instead of the pigtail.

In fact, ive already gotten an email from GetFPV saying that my order has been shipped.

I must admit having tried several other brands of VTX I still end up back with immersion gear mostly.
I have not tried Luminier though.
Be interested in hearing your results, especially at half the price.
With exchange rates a 600mw immersion ends up costing me nearly $100.

$100 for a vtx is far too much! No doubt! Originally, I had my ImmersionRC vtx in my new S800. But, I'm going to take the ImmersionRC vtx out of the S800 and put it into my 49" FPV wing. When my new Luminier vtx gets here, I'll put that into my S800. Even though it's getting quite cold here, I'm very excited to get my S800 out and flying and testing the range of the video.
