I think it was in attitude, attitude, axis lock in the flight mode, but set up on generic luminier 250 values, was getting late last night so did not look around to much,

wish there was a good guide around for this controller,

Well I got to play for a short time when I came home from work today before I had to go back out to pick up my daughter from school,

The outcome, found out my flight mode switch position zero was picking up flight mode 3 which was rate, rate, rate. So swapped it to attitude, attitude and axis lock, but I was getting oscillating so dropped the gains down but got to a point where I felt I was losing the locked in feel, and it felt like it wanted to move in an inconsistent patern,

So then came the strip down, why you may ask, well I hard mounted the cc3d, and it seemed like it was getting vibes, so took the hard mount posts off, and was going to soft mount it directly to the base plate but I did not want to put double sided on the pcb board, so I got some blister pack clear plastic, and put the posts on the board then screwed the plastic to them, that gave me a test bed for attaching the unit to try my theory before ordering a case from China, now the wait for the case, but Banggood is pretty good so should not be to long

This mod worked a treat after a quick test, need to raise the gains a bit again but she flys beautifully now, well when I say flys beautifully it hovers in my living room beautifully, lol

The maiden will come and will have video of some sort, even if it is from on board, :-)

Thanks guys was a nice little build, but still a fair bit of tidying up to do, OCD strikes again I'm afraid,

Can't wait to get FPV gear now, want to try it so much, but have to be patient I'm afraid,

Was not to fussed on the landing gear post type things this quad came with as well as the plastic screws break easy, but did not want it siting on the frame nuts,

So I had a brain fart and came up with these,

It's made out of the high density packing that was around the motors in the boxes and just double sided on to the arms,

Well my daughter has had a freind over to play this morning so it gave me the ideal time to fiddle with the quad, so took the time to resolver and clean up my PDB.

The before photo shows how ragged it looked under the bottom frame,

Then the after photo, and yes there is the same amount of wires there,

After that photo I covered the board with insulation tape, just for a bit of protection.

And with the bottom frame on,

And here you can see the finished quad, although I have to remove the cc3d again to put it in a case,
