The VTX and RX are pretty standard gear. I have the previous model, and it works very well.
I'd go as far as to say, the signal strength was better than my ImerrsionRC.
The goggles are very basic, but according the Bruce at RCmodelreviews they are pretty good for what they are.

They look like the ones you suggested I get for that quad Lee. I'll get them next year as a starter kit
