Yep. No tuning, just took off.
Full power punch outs are smooth as silk.
Just some wobbles on vertical descents through prop wash.

The settings are not the same for Naze32. Different numbers.

Very tempting to get another FC and put that firmware in... I wish mine was like it was at the beach when you gave me it....

Just had my first test flight with Cleanflight and Flip32 board (Naze32)
PIDs are a touch high, but not bad. It was blowing 25knot (30mph) off shore through the buildings. So not ideal conditions
But liking it so far.
Using PID controller 1
Discovered that Horizon mode doesn't work in this controller, only Angle and Rate.
I fly in rate anyway so not bovered :)
Turn sound down a bit :)

Didn't phase the little beasty, in the 30mph wind.
Just need to drop the P gains a touch.

Are you sure it doesn't work, I am sure I read that PID controller 1 uses level P for Angle and I for Horizon modes.
They are not actually P and I gains they are the slots used to store self level gains.
I think by default I is way low and you have to crank it up quite a lot.

Dropped the Gains a touch. Still need a couple points less i think.
And Yaw stop is a bit sluggish as you can see on the stall 360s
Here is the first FPV flight.

Didn't go quite so well this evening.
It went all weird on me. Then when I brought it into a hover, the motors were spluttering.
Turns out the frame was shorting to the electronics somewhere.
After a full check up, it was the camera board and the carbon camera mount.
All fixed now, I hope :)

Took a quick little flight at the beach this evening. Put some 5x4 HQ props on. Made a huge difference to the yaw control.
PIDs are a little off on pitch I think, but it flew ok.
Just a gentle cruise in the evening sun :)
