Unfortunately, your GP790 isn't worth much compared to the AR7200bx. They are completely different animals. However, if you'd like to sell your GP790, you and I might be able to come to an arrangement (different thread, lol).

So...you are going flybarless! That's awesome! I can't imagine anyone around here getting pissed off because you want to go flybarless. It will just make the setup amazingly easier. Actually, once you go flybarless....I think I might be the only one around here with a flybarred helicopter, lmao.

Anyway....flybarless.....rock on, Dustin!!! Sounds great!!!

Thats probably a wise decision Dustin, flybar is old school i understand why you wanted flybarred, but to be honest i think that FBL is easier to fly and i have heard great things about beastx.
Madphil uses it in all his scale builds and likes it because he can set it up to fly scale like.

flybarless means much less headaches during the mechanical setup. The AR7200bx is a very solid solid controller.

Initially there is a steep learning curve with going FBL but we are here to help you. I think there are a few menbers that have had alot of experience with beastx/ar7200bx. When i changed my protos from FB to FBL it was a toss up between ar7200bx and msh brain/ikon.
Change that head slap the beastx on and enjoy.

I'm pleased you have decided on fbl, wish you had done this months ago when I suggested it, think Derek did too..

Much easier to fly than FB I think. I used the mini KBAR, had it all setup and flying within the hour...

Good luck on that Dustin...

I got 2 of em Derek but I don't think I count because I have not flown them since I got in to FPV miniquads. :)

No matter where the FPV quads take me, I'll never give up my heli's. There is just something about them and the noise they make that makes me want more.
