It's much better than the 4 posts Graham. I always worry about those digging into ground on a bad landing and snapping the arms... Weight has increased by only 25g so not bad....

Thanks guys, I can land anywhere now without the worry of snapping legs off. Worth the extra 25g in weight.. I done a Lee yesterday and caught it, no worries....lol. Got about 30mph winds today so that's going to be fun...

Lol, no worries Graham. No rain here yet and the wind won't stop me flying, makes it more fun and challenging...I'm getting the feel of this quad now, it's just awesome....I've no idea what mode it's flying in, but I ain't touching it...it has self level but I can tip it almost vertical against the wind and that's cool for me.... :D

Cleanflight wouldn't flash because the cc3d is on 15.01 or what ever the latest on is. I flashed it with that firmware because it now has oneshot and I wanted to see what else had changed.
Cleanflight will flash but the board then isn't recognised (soft bricked) to Unbrick it I had to flash it to open pilot 14.10 and then upgrade it to 15.01, the board was then recognised but the software once more

I like it. Throw some LED strips on the skids and you'll have the neighbors looking up the number to the local MUFON chapter. :)
