Graham you should be able to use both those switches for different functions on cleanflight, I did on mine. I had the flight switch for acro and horizon, and the gear switch turned on the autotune mode...

I wish I had video from last Monday. Great flights by all. I got my Gaui near done and my micro quad is ready. Maybe get that selfi.
