My neopixel led's arrived this morning. I've fitted a set and shot a short video, I'll upload the video in the morning to show the effect they give, I'm really impressed with them.
Here's a couple of stills of the led boards.

Similar to what I've got Dan. Are you going to use the CF firmware to drive them? I wrote my own code to get the kit car lights and patterns..

Yeah They are driven by cleanflight I've already got them installed and working mate. They look cool when the throttle increases.

The LED controller is built into cleanflight more info @ https://github.com/cleanflight/cleanfli ... edStrip.md

Can you please fasten your seat belts, exit is located at the top right of your browser and sick bags are located where ever you put them.

Does the controller functions exist in CC3D boards/OpenPilot Ground Station?

The led feature would work with cc3d, IF flashed with cleanflight and using ppm/serial rx (sbus or spek sat), the feature isn't available if using a normal rx with 4/6/7/8 cables as the signal output from pin 5 is used to drive the led strip.

Thanks Kev.

Ive reviewed the video a few times and i seem to be getting some oscillation under full throttle but no bounce on stop, it also seems to slightly loose attitude when going from low to high throttle in high speed decent (all roll axis). So to try to correct this i will lower the P and raise the I a touch for my next flight.

There is also a slight kick to the right on the yaw axis when going from low to high throttle in high speed decent so to counter this i will try adding some more I to the yaw if that doesn't do it then i'll lower the P slightly.

Just thought i would give you an insight into how i tune. Happy flying guys.
