Well the time has come

she is all ready for a maiden flight tomorrow.

So the maiden flight went well for the most part. She flew very nicely on the stock iKon settings with agility turned up to 90 and the cyclic gain turned down to 38. There was however an issue in regards to the motor cutting in and out during test flight. The issue was isolated to a faulty servo extension from the esc to fbl which has now been replaced. After the replacement I flew the heli another two times, on different sets of batteries (2 x 4000mah = 4 min flight time; comes down at storage charge, 2 x 5000mah = 5 min flight time; also coming down with a storage voltage). Flight number 2 and 3 will be uploaded in the next coming days and posted but all in all it has been a great day. This is def my favorite heli to fly !!!

Def!!! my second flight attempt when I thought the issue was esc settings related never got off the ground, literally. The motor would barely reach about 30% throttle and it would just cut out and wouldn't get past that point but yeah now she is all good!
