Attach the sat to an Rx and bind it to your profile for your gravity then just connect it in to the naze32 as long as you have it set up you should be good to go,

Bound the satellite to my tx via another rx and it worked:) Connected sattelite ground and signal as per your photo Kev and red to the new soldered pin on 3v supply.
Reciever in Cleanflight is not moving , all settings at 988?? Help.com:)

Have you done these steps,

4) In Ports tab, set UART2 to Serial RX.

5) In Configuration tab, set the receiver mode to RX_SERIAL.

6) Use 1024 for DMS2 and 2048 for DMSX.

7) In the Receiver tab, map channels to TAER1234.

No, i am wondering if my 3v connection is any good? The sat lit up when i did like you suggested and bound it to the model on tx on a separate rx:)

First check your 3.3v pin to make sure you have the voltage, then the other two pins is neg on top and signal straight under it

Did that as well got 2.4V . Thought i had it when i checked the wires, but still no dice:( In the CLI what is your sprektrum_sat_bind= ?

Really confused now:( just read that Spektrum sattelites use 5.5v?? If you are tapped into a 3v output how can it work?? very confused.com

Nah Graham you can look at so many posts and they will say you need a regulator to drop the voltage to 3.3v

Says it in wikinaze and wiki for open pilot cc3d

Well i tried 5v in to the sattelite and got the magic smoke visit me:(
This has really confused me more than i thought at first??

I even resoldered my live in to the PDB, checked voltage at sat and it was 2.2v? Thats what made me put 5v to it and bring out the magic smoke demon:)

Graham I have my Naze powered off the 5v out on the pdb,

The sat cable is

grey is signal,
orange is +ve,
black is -ve
