Tell me about it... I just drop'd waaaayy toooo much on 3 12s stick packs. But, I also got a that new Hakko soldering station.. It's nice! I've got my eye on 1 of 2 more birds after finishing this E7SE... One is electric & the other a nitro... I'm gonna spend the next several months deciding which one I want... That should be a full hanger.

Did some tuning on both Synergys... N5C is just spectacular as always. It feels & looks so small to the E7SE...lol.. Definitely no as heavy! The E7SE is just a beast! Got a good bit more tuning to get it where I want it, but she's awesome. Here is a pic of my naked ladies!

First sunny day in weeks.. No rain.. So the crew & I got together for a great afternoon session.
The 550 is dialed in pretty damn good. Had a lot of fun with it today. My flight times are now only about 3:40-4:00minutes.. I'm juice'n packs now with a more aggressive style. I really want to slow my stuff down, but I have trouble doing it.. I'm no 3D banger by any means.. But I do fly hard I guess.. Lots of fun on the 550 today!
The N5C saw its maiden today after installing an upgrade.. If u call it that.. I put new links on the swash that run to the pitch arms of the grips.. They are longer than the ones that came in the kit.. And so as per Mr Botos himself.. It installed them to get better resolution... It was crisper. However, 2min into the flight she died on me.. I was able to auto down and land on the skids as I should, but a little harder than I would have liked. Result, 1 broken blade. Cause, high needle in the motor had backed out enough to cut fuel flow. Conclusion, pre flight check list to be mandatory from here out! Not just once in a while... But prior to every flight.
E7SE.. OMG.. She is a beast! Still tuning... Having more trouble than any other I've experienced with iKon before. I'll get it tho. Man.. She just has TONS of power... I was doing hurricanes & funnels real big and drawn out.. Bout head high... I'm tell'n ya.. When she comes round in front of u.... Lol... Almost crap ur pants! She's cook'n! Anyhow.. Didn't get a chance to video... Try to soon.

Got 4 packs in on the 550... Kinda that time of day where it's easy to loose orientation... This is the last of the 4 packs... Worse flight of the 4... But fun fun fun! My 14yr old did a pretty good job with the camera phone.

thanks, didn't think I was gonna get to fly today... but I was able to sneak in a few.. nitro has blades on the way... would have been my first grab as no charging would be required.. the 700 would have took up the rest of the daylight to charge... so I cooked 4 5000's real quick & ran out the door. lol my son was with me and so I was able to get video... love helis! I cant figure out why the dark fades in and out.. has done that on several recordings at this time of day.. new iphone 6s plus should be in the mail tomorrow.. hopefully that will record better.. suppose to have a better camera than my iphone 5 I currently have... with a busted screen. lol

Jesse, what sound? at what time in the video do u hear it? sounds like it always has to me... I can hear the gyro gain may need to be turned down a bit... I can hear it work'n pretty hard on the funnels. lol... uve got me listen'n & watch'n this thing 5 times already.. lol

Gov gain may be a bit high. Sounds a bit like my gob 700 when it was turned up too high. Flutter on slight unload (coasting descents) and also on high loads (fast hurricane type circles). Yours sounds like it is only a little over whereas mine was way over and actually chattering.
