I think you need some one else with a quad to look for your lost one Graham. You can certainly cover more ground that way.
A bummer it is especially the camera.

Lee, as a Royal Marine you never give up. As a character trait i never give up............but i have just ordered all the same again apart from the Mobius, i will just need to wait for Santa:) Its not that the area is large, it is just the terrain, and from walking the river today, it fell within yards of that:(

The hill opposite Kings House in the video is where you skied Lee. Brilliant skiing there the last two years:) The snow was higher than the lift towers!! The main gully had 50 feet in it:)

Were you flying FPV or LOS?

I have had a couple of situations where mine has been MIA but with the telemetry on the Taranis I am able to narrow it down to a general direction then switch on and off the beeper on the quad as walk in the direction until I hear the beeping.
