Shuriken 180 down :(

Well my first flight wasn't a good one. I should of took more time to fly the 180 withOUT the goggles on. Wasn't a bad crash but it was still a crash with style The battery connector hit the blade and broke. I don't know if it's usable. The camera broke at the pivot point where the camera adjust up or down. It's a cheesy design but I fixed it and reinforce it with JBWeld and last I found this blob inside the quad

Any the 180 still works fine but I'm down one battery til back up arrives .

Thats the worst thing with PDB style frames if you have a bad crash you can lose the whole quad by damaging electronics:( Whats the "blob"?

M Shuriken has the same blob and it's in the same place. I'm assuming it's an adhesive of some sort that serves some purpose or another, lol.

That's cool. I thought I had a defect I've got the 180 back together again last night . I had the chance to give her another go today. No goggles. I just wanted to get use to her first. Damn, does this thing just scoot alone. I'm loving her and at the same time scare of her It's a matter of time and practice before I make a video. Tomorrow will be try the goggle time
