I flew OMG!!!

Post by Lee »

Its been a long time since I picked up a radio.
I just got bored of flying by myself all the time.
Well it seems in the last few months, a bunch of guys here, have been getting into quads.
So I have some friends to fly with again :)
They are all into FPV quads.
Got my 250 out, and had a flight on a QX95.
What a cool little beasty.
Hoping this is the kick start I need to get back into things.

I know what you mean about getting bored flying by yourself.
The friend I normally fly with has had a major project on over the last several months so we have not flown together.
I have been teaching my son to fly a 250 quad I built for him, somewhat successfully I might add, and I am looking forward to when we can fly together.
Flying alone just does not seem to do it for me at the moment either.

Quads alone does get old sometimes... helis... while it's definitely fun in groups.. I can fly them & have just as much fun.. better practice time when alone for sure.

But when its always, it gets boring, quads, helis, planes. For me anyway.
But that looks to have changed here now, for quads anyway :D
