Started just doing normal maintenance on my Align Trex 550, which i do time from time even when i havent flown it in what seems like years!

I noticed a blue blinking light at the rear underside and remembered that i used to have a bluetooth connection and app. I recently got a new phone , Samsung S10Lite, so i downloaded the app to it and couldnt get the code, normally 0000 or 1234.

I ended up removing the bluetooth module and removed the vibration foam. This uncovered the issue. I bought it in 2014 from Coolice, its called an Iceblue and after looking through old emails i found that at purchase you name it what you want and apply your own unique code.

Job done and connected!

Then the BRAIN asked me to update softwear. If you havent like me, updated in a long time, you will be plesantly surprised! The softwear now enables you to input: Model?Type/Servos/Blades/Motor/Blades/Power/Transmitter. The wizard then sets the defaults for you based on these.

Really good and i was quite impressed!
