You have a genuine point, Tony! I'd love to have the FPV quad and it would be much cheaper than the 700 helicopter that I want....but I want the 700 helicopter in such a bad way, ha ha ha. I'll have to sit down with my "inner demons" and have chat. Perhaps my "inner demons" and I can come to some sort of agreement, lol.

With the FPV quad you have so many more places and opportunities to fly.
I tend to drive around now looking at places as I pass by thinking "that could be a good place to fly".
And everything fits in the back of the average sedan.
700 Heli needs a lot of space and is also really dangerous (and expensive) if something goes wrong.

There is a good deal of truth to what you are saying, in regard to the amount of space each requires. I have never, nor will I ever, fly any of my helicopters in a place that I don't feel is safe. I have a massive respect for safety and I hope it shows in my videos.

The 250 quad would be an exciting project and I think i'm going to go this route.
