2600 rpm at the head, well that's what the video title leads you to believe. I have had mine as low as 2800 and I thought I was to low. His motor I think is either the same as mine or slightly different. Mines the HKII 2221-8.

I was at 2800 when I first maidened it. It did feel sluggish butbthen again I only had about 12° pitch. I think I needed more like 15°.
