Yeah pretty expensive Dan, the mrs got me them for my birthday next week... First time I've ever tried goggles, there weird. I set the transmitter up with the 800 camera and tried walking around, very very strange....lol, everything further away that it actually is..

It arrives really quickly when you are flying though. :)

Do you crash a lot do to thinking the object is further away than actually is though?

Who has time for that while flying FPV. :)
It's not as bad as it seems when you are actually flying
It doesn't seem to make too much difference, your brain seems to work it out.
But you still crash a lot. :)
Make sure you have plenty of spare props.
I have run out, I am on my 6" ones now. (one set only)
Waiting for the package and trying not to crash.
