It's just a bit un-nerving when I tell my flying buddy NOT to fly directly over us and NOT to fly near the trucks, then what does he do....flies directly over us and flies near the trucks. I told him once, "If you smash my plane into my truck, even after I told you to stay away from the trucks, I'm going to choke you out with the buddy cable and then beat you with your DX6!" ha ha ha

My flying buddy isn't the "sharpest tool in the shed", if you know what I mean and he has a bit of arrogance about him. He always seems to "know it all" and "he's never wrong"...all of that just before his plane or helicopter plows into the ground at fully throttle. Then he'll blame the manufacturer. It's a bit stressful at times but for the most part, when he does listen to my advice, we do get along pretty well.

It's just a bit bothersome when he comes to me for help, guidance, and instruction and then he disregards everything, narrowly missing my truck, and then plows the ground.

In fact, I called him about 20 minutes ago and I asked him to come over some time today because I'd like to talk with him. He agreed. I'm going to let him know about some of the issues that I have with him and in 2015, if he wants to continue flying with me, he is going to start obeying the safety rules and he's going to start taking responsibility for what he does when he has a model in the air. If he wants to be a jack-ass while flying his models, he can do that on his own time when I'm not around.
