The original Blackout settings gave me no oscillations in a hover, only at higher RPMs. I may try those settings again, and just alter the Thrust PID scaling to see if that helps.
Tomorrow is a great day to fly, so i'll do a load of testing.

Let me know how you get on lee. I might start from scratch myself load the black out settings and go from there. I've attached the cc3d Milton mod style gel tape, silicone tube and zip tie ill see if it has made a difference.
