The new DJI Inspire

I saw this earlier today or last night. I dont know what the guy was thinking to begin with. If the quad is drifting that bad why the hell would you go airborne with it? I mean really why? When my heli drifts like that I stop and fix the issue not hit something with it. This guy must be a noob or something.

So far this is the only case that I have heard of, not to say its the only case. SO how many are having this issue?

Maybe that's how they stop it from returning to China.

It wasnt deliberate Tony:) it flew away from him, he was demonstrating the automatic take off feature:) that didnt work:)

I am wondering if there are other factors at play here. I think it could be more than just faulty firmware. It did more than a drift, it flew into the garage.

All quads have automatic take off. Peg the throttle. Bam. In the air.

The feature worked perfectly from the looks of it. Got off the ground and flew. If the guy couldn't be bothered to pull back on the cyclic... well, to each their own.

Thats why I was wondering if there were other factors at play. If it was drifting that bad I am thinking he had a motor issue or maybe something with the escs. If that quad has sonar like DJI says it does it should have corrected itself even without satellite connection.
