Cool.

Excuse my ignorance, but should the clutch be engaging at idle? Or is it turning everything only because the mass of blades is missing? Or are you running at high idle?

Partly because the blades are off, but mainly because I had it at a pretty high idle.

I was hoping to maiden it after work today....but we are taking my wife to dinner for her birthday. So I might just have to go into work a few hours late tomorrow! :D I do need to run it again tonight before the blades go on to make sure that there is no interference from the ignition. I can't wait for our clocks to spring forward! I hate having to rush home to get a flight in before dark.

Well the maiden went great!! A little shaky at the moment, probably from the lower head speed for run-in and tuning. I'll post the video once it's uploaded to YouTube.

Well I have one gallon of gas through the Rex...and it's awesome!! :D The weather here has been hit and miss, but I was able to burn a tank this evening before my fingers went numb.

KOOL.. It's been cold & wet here as well.. I did get a break on the rain yesterday & smoked out my neighborhood hovering in the frontyard.. Lol..
