I was thinking the same as Lee when I saw that.
Nice though.
Graham if you want to lose some altitude quickly, put it into a bit of a dive, that way you aren't going through your own propwash and causing that instability as you descend.

No Lee:( its a disgrace. It was originally a shooting lodge used by King George. It was on a 99 year lease and the guy went bankrupt. Sitting rotting and the Landlords(my Landlords) dont give a shit. The guy whose DJI got lost looked at buying it. Re-wiring/repairs is estimated at £1M.

Weather rubbish again:( so decided to spool up in side. She flew with slight twitching but good. I landed and noticed rear right hand side motor stopped quicker than the rest. Felt it and it was really notchy and rough:(

Looks like a strip down and new motor today:)

How do you think the motor got damaged?
Can you not just replace the bearings?
